Strong Team Links Ultimate Everything Ice to Gondola Station

The strong team of Tim Emmett, Luka Lindic and Marc-Andre Leclerc climbed the new ice/mixed variation up Ultimate Everything on The Chief. They then made their way to The Dream WI5 and topped out at the gondola. This is one of the iciest years Squamish has had and many new routes, big lines and link-ups are going down. Stella ice climbing conditions today in Squamish ?? @mdre92 cruising one of the classics #Dream, a 3 pitch WI 5 on the north side of the gondola. I was Inspired by the A team (@paulmcsorley, @jason_kruk, @jiacondon And @tttttttony) and their first winter ascent of Ultimate Everything a couple of days ago, so I teamed up with Marc and his climbing partner Luka Lindic from Slovenia on a quest to repeat the 10 pitch summer line in winter conditions. Neve and iced up grooves followed to the top in a couple of hours, it was so fun. 🙂 Such a brilliant find by the boys 🙂 The next mission was to head down the descent route and then up over to Dream. Topping out by the Gondola really was a dream, with celebratory beers and sunset and multiple visits with friends.
