Some mid-winter indoor training tips from one of America's best rock climbers

In this video, pro climber Jonathan Siegrist shares his top two tips for keeping tension on the Tension Board. Fairly obvious to some, but not practiced by all. The Tension Board 2 is one of the best boards on the market for advancing your strength and skills as a climber – read our tips on how to use it here.
