The annual Adidas Rockstars comp is taking place this weekend in Germany.

The who’s who in bouldering is gathering in Stuttgart, Germany on September 25 and 26 to compete for the win of the coveted Rockstars title.

The top-class field comprises current Bouldering World Champions, previous Rockstars champs, as well as other national and international athletes.

Rockstars not only features powerful, spectacular and dynamic moves from the athletes, furthermore it combines climbing with music. There will be DJ battles, live music and impressive dance performances.

The semi-finals took place in front of a large audience and the following climbers made it to the finals for the women: Megan Mascarenas, Akiyo Noguchi, Janja Gambert, Julija Kruder and Miho Nonako.

For the men, Canadian Sean McColl made it to the finals along with Jongwon Chon, Alexey Rubstov, Simon Unger, Jernej Kruder, Rei Sugimoto.
