Vail World Cup and Another Podium for McColl

The North American back-to-back World Cups wrapped up in Vail, Co. Canadian Sean McColl won another bronze with an impressive comeback after qualifications.
Sean McColl won bronze in Toronto against the world’s best, see results here, one week before the Colorado event. In Vail, McColl was beat by Dmitrii Sharafutdinov who took first place and Guillaume Glairon Mondet who placed second.
American Megan Mascarenas, Â who is only 16, was the first to reach the top of the female’s final problem with some technical beta to stick the last hold. The only other woman to reach the top was the first place Akiyo Noguchi who flashed it. In second was Fanny Gibert and Anna Stohr placed third.
