Watch Adam Ondra Try Hardest British Sport Climb

Adam Ondra is the world’s most accomplished sport climber, with hundreds of 5.14 and 5.15 sends to his name.

Earlier this year, he climbed Silence as the world’s first 5.15d. The Flatanger climb elevated above his already superhero status to being the climber of the future.

In November, he visited Malham Cove in Britian and attempted Rainman.

The steep climb was recently opened by Steve McLure at 5.15b, making it the hardest route in Britain.

Ondra didn’t have much time to project the climb and didn’t send it, but he tested pieced together beta for his next attempt.

Ondra’s Hardest First Ascents
Silence 5.15 in Flatanger
Vasil Vasil 5.15c at Sloup
La Dura Dura 5.15c in Oliana
Change 5.15c in Flatanger
