Watch Competition Training with Adam Ondra

Watching a climbing competition as a spectator, it’s easy to forget the immense amount of work and preparation that athletes put into readying themselves for this type of event.

Routines are worked out down to the smallest detail and even the competitor’s choice of climbing shoes is agonised over. In order to get a better understanding of the whole process of competing, not just the time on the wall, EpicTV followed Adam Ondra behind the scenes at the 2015 lead climbing World Cup In Chamonix, France.
