Leighan Falley spent years as a ski guide and climber on the Alaskan range, focusing much of her energy on Denali.

But after becoming a mother, she found herself unwilling to pursue guiding and the dangers that come with it. Instead, she took to the skies as a mountain pilot.

She now lives in Talkeetna working with Talkeetna Air Taxi. She is one of only a few people to have climbed Denali twice in only six days.
