Watch Jimmy Webb Send Off the Wagon Sit V16
The crux has a crazy no-foot cross to a shallow hold
Jimmy Webb recently made the first repeat of Off the Wagon sit, a V16 problem first freed by Shawn Raboutou in Val Bavona, Switzerland in 2018. The problem is the most difficult boulder problem in Switzerland.
The sit start begins on a wagon and climbs Off The Wagon, which Nalle Hukkataival first climbed in 2012 and Webb repeated in 2013. It then moves up a shallow seam that requires a no-foot cross-over (this specific one is known as a “rose” move) on less-than-ideal holds.
Mellow Climbing put together a short video (below) which shows Webb making smooth work of the burly problem.
