Yannick Flohé Sends and Alex Megos Flails

Yannick Flohé had an amazing trip to Switzerland this month. Alex Megos has released a video called Failure from their time there

Yannick Flohé climbed five V14 problems and one V16 on a recent trip with Alex Megos to Chironico, Switzerland. Megos has released a short video from the trip.

Flohé repeated Ephyra V16, and said, “One of my favourite boulders so far big moves on pinches.” Later on that day, he climbed From Dirt Grows The Flowers V15, noting on 8a.nu, “Couldn’t do the mantle last trip but somehow found myself on top of this block today right after sending Ephyra. Psyched to send my projects so quickly after the #onlytryneversent trip a couple of weeks ago.”

Flohé went on to make the first ascent of Return of the Dreamtime V16, a direct finish to Dreamtime V15. He said that he’s shifting his focus to the upcoming comp season and hoping to qualify for the 2024 Olympics.
