Congrats to my friend D'Zaô Plamondon who did send his awesome discovery in Portneuf. A sick 25m overhanging thin crack. A line like we only dream about, a line like no other one around. When he told me about his project I was not too sure how stoke I was supposed to be because it felt too nice to be true, but once I walked in the crag, I just coulndt beleive the beauty of that only one line on that steep face. She was definitly asking to be climbed. And D'Zaô did send on his second try on gear. Congrats buddy! Mangeuse de coyotes ( french for coyote eater) 25m M8?( will see after 2nd ascent) For further info to access the spot and climb it, msg me or ask D'Zaô himself cause we all know he's way too generous to keep it for himself? Special thanks to all folks involved in the project, Nic Granger, Jesus Plamondon, Jean Benoît, PEA and his longtime partner in crime @millie_berrigan #mixedclimbing #drytooling #climbing #climber #crackclimbing #climbing_is_my_passion #climbing_pictures_of_instagram #climbing_worldwide #doyouclimb #climbingisbliss #liveclimbrepeat #alpinism #greatnorthcollective #petzl_official #grippedmagazine #rockandice #climbingmagazine #quebec #canada #explorecanada #climbingnation #tradisrad #tradclimbing

⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀ It really should be no secret that one-seventh of our life is spent on a Monday. ⠀ It seems like the socially correct thing to post about would be how the work week is here ?… the fun is all over and how sad that is ?… When you break it down so simply, that is one of the shiftiest uses of my life I could possibly do. ⠀ This post is dedicated to all those that dream of what’s next, no matter when next is. ⠀ ⠀ ? of @rlarkin81 on the local classic, Icy-BC. ⠀ Shot on the @getolympus EM-1 MK II + 17 F1.2⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ @MammutNA #mammutna #confidentlygo #mammutsafety⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ If you like this photo or photos like it be sure to check out my @etsyca store where you can purchase prints of varying sizes. Life's been different lately, but good different. We're getting settled into our new house and I've spent a ton of time considering what's important in life. I've came to the conclusion that life's all about seasons. This season is one of new beginnings in so many ways. I am looking forward to getting my office set up and getting some editing done but I must admit I'm not trying that hard to make it happen haha. Spending time snuggling my girls, reconnecting with my wife, and drinking good coffee has been really great. I realize this caption has nothing to do with the photo but a photo of me drinking coffee in my underwear wouldn't have done much for anyone I don't think. . . . @travelalberta @tourismjasper . . . .
