ACC Donates to Old Baldy Purchase
The Alpine Club of Canada (ACC) has announced a $5,000 donation for the purchase of the Old Baldy Conservation Area.
The ACC Environment Fund will donate $5,000 that will go towards the purchase of land at Old Baldy Conservation Area in Ontario. Old Baldy is a significant rock climbing area close to Toronto. The purchase of land at the base of the cliff will ensure ongoing access to climbing and conservation of this UNESCO World Biosphere site.
