The Pou Brothers Climb New Morocco 5.13 Multi-Pitch

Agar in Taghia Gorge / watch below

Iker and Eneko Pou have made the first ascent of the new multi-pith rock route they called Agar in Taghia Gorge in Morocco.

The Spanish brothers climbed the new 10-pitch route this past April. They established it ground-up and added only a few bolts where they needed them.

It ascends a steep line on the Jebel Tadrarate wall next to other long climbs. They climbed it in memory of Borja Ayed, who died last winter in the Pyrenees.

The Pou brothers have not sent it all in one day but said the pitches are 5.13-.

Watch this short film about their new-routing with some epic music.
