In 2016, the late Marc-André Leclerc, Brette Harrington and Joshua Lavigne visited Baffin Island for an expedition exploring big new routes. In the end, they made the first ascent of the Northwest Turret of Great Sail Peak, an 1,100-metre 5.12a C1.
