How can you be what you can’t see? Mikhail Martin, co-founder of Brothers of Climbing said, “I literally typed, ‘Are there black climbers?’ in Google and someone said, ‘black people don’t climb.’”

Jalen here, also known as BrothaMan Jalen. I’m out in Colorado, just west of the Co-Springs! Some of my favorite outdoor sports are big wall climbing and mountain biking. The largest of my adventures in coming up, as I will be riding The Great Divide in the fall! I am an outdoor education instructor and work full time at a fantastic summer camp, Sanborn Western Camps! You can usually find me a couple hundred feet up a steep face or deep into the backcountry on two wheels! Rocksteady my Sisters and Brothers and Play Outside!
