Watch Edu Marin on His Massive Bolted Valhalla

Edu Marin is one of the world’s top climbers and has recently published a video showing his efforts on a giant climb in Getu, China.

“I had never before tried to climb a multi-pich of this caliber, to climb for hours on that roof,” he said.

“Sometimes I had the feeling that it never ended and that I was lost in a rock sky.”

The route is nearly 400 metres, with over 250 metre being roof climbing.

“It’s a crazy a 3D climb and of course extremely physical,” said Marin who suggested it will be 5.14d.

Marin will be in Canada for some time this summer.
