Emil Abrahamsson has released a video with Alex Honnold that features some indoor training tips and personal bests.
“I’m once again joined by Alex Honnold,” said Abrahamsson, “but this time we’re pumping iron in the gym, breaking personal records and dropping truth bombs all over the place.”
