Throwback to Worst Hangover Climb Ever Filmed
On a an off-width trad climb in Squamish, a West Coast climber struggles with a hangover
Nearly a decade ago, Squamish climber Jason Kruk was climbing Boogie Till You Puke 5.11 for a film crew.
Kruk was viciously hungover and talked about how he was feeling before he started up. On hand was Cedar Wright, Renan Ozturk, Will Stanhope and Hazel Findlay, some being part of the film crew.
Halfway up, Kruk gets his knee stuck in the offwidth and requires assistance from Wright. Suddenly, he pooped himself. If nothing else, this film is a great example of why you shouldn’t climb hungover this holiday season.
