The front lever isn’t easy, but working toward perfecting it can make you stronger and build muscle. Pro climber Alex Megos gives some great tips on how to improve your front lever as we head into 2023. “A lot of people requested a front lever tutorial,” said Megos. “So here it is.”

Your entire torso functions collectively during a front lever. You build strength in the back muscles, such as the lats, rhomboids, and spinal erectors. And this is one of the best ways to train your abs.
