Watch Ice Climber Suffer from Screaming Barfies
A trip to the Ghost for some early season ice and cold weather

Two ice climbers set out to climb a two-pitch WI4 in the South Ghost called Anorexia Nervosa. The route is a classic, but the Rockies have had a finicky start to the year.
“Temperatures were a bit cold that day with the wind coming in hard for a while. Poor Duynel got some bad barfies in his hands and feet, and the climb proved to be much stiffer than it looked.”
They said that in current conditions they’d rate it WI4+R. “But of course, it’s just an opinion.” To see what the barfies are and how to avoid them visit here.
