Watch Julia and Jernej Kruder Deep Water Solo in Mallorca
Watch Slovenian siblings Julia and Jernej Kruder deep water solo on the island of Mallorca in 2018. Jernej made the second ascent of Chris Sharma’s Es Pontas 5.15 in 2016 and wanted to try other Sharma routes but the weather didn’t cooperate.
“The hardest thing in deep water soloing is for sure to control your mind,” said Jernej. This was Julia’s first time deep water soloing and she made a quick repeat of Weatherman 5.13c.
