This is What Hiking The Chief in Squamish is Like
The Stawamus Chief is one of the most popular hiking trails on the west coast and is often just called The Chief, it is located in Stawamus Chief Provincial Park in the District of Squamish.
With easy access and great views of Howe Sound, everyone should make a hike to the top of one of the three peaks at least once. The hiking season is long and if you’re a seasoned hiker, then you can access the summits nearly every month of the year.
Always bring proper footwear, clothing and food on any hike that takes you high into the mountains.
