The 22-year-old German climber Jost Kobusch climbed Ama Dablam 6,812 m free solo and broke the world record in being the youngest person who ever soloed the peak.

Kobusch on day 25: “I started 12:10 a.m. and climbed the difficult mixed part in the dark, here I am on 6,300 m right below the “Dablam” a huge serac its still early in the morning and the temperatures were cold enough, but I had to hurry as It was quite dangerous.
