Sean McColl recently drove to Hueco Tanks to tackle some blocs while Mina Leslie-Wujastyk, who is on a separate trip to Heuco, has been busy sending.

Sean McColl arrived in Hueco after a few days driving and climbing. On his way down, he stopped and made an ascent of Meadowlark Lemon, V14, in Nevada. Almost immediately after arriving in Hueco, McColl wrote on his Facebook page, “Did a fantastic Sam Davis addition to Hueco Tanks North Mountain. This is a 20-move roof into the start of Sarah Low, 30 moves total. Named Sarah Jessica Parker, V13, I think Davis sent the line Jan. 31, don’t know if anyone else has done it [potential second ascent,] but it climbs very nicely.” With another couple of weeks in Texas, it will be fun following McColl to see what a world champion can climb at the world famous area.

Leslie-Wujastyk arrived in Hueco on Jan. 15 and has sent a number of classic lines. She has climbed Rumble in the Jungle V12, Sacred Ground V12, Full Service V10, Schnitzel V10, Mojo V10 and Chablanke V12. Follow Leslie-Wujastyk on her Facebook page.
