See the Paris Olympics 2024 Climbing Walls

Nearly 70 of the world's best climbers will be heading to France this summer to compete for gold

The 2024 Paris Olympics are less than two months away and the IFSC has recently released images of what the climbing walls at Le Bourget will look like. There will be three competition walls and one warm-up wall, see them below.

As of today, 30 climbers have qualified for the Olympics, including Janja Garnbret and Jakob Schubert, for the full list of climbers see here. There are still a few spots remaining, which is why we’re currently in the middle of the Olympic Qualifying Series, a two-event competition that will conclude later this month. Brooke Raboutou is leading going into the second round for women and Dohyun Lee is leading for men.

The Paris Olympics are taking place from July 26 to Aug. 11. Unlike the Tokyo Olympics, the speed event will be a separate medal from the lead and boulder event, which means there will be four gold medals for climbing instead of two. There will also be 68 climbers in Paris as opposed to 40 in Tokyo.
