Ondra works on fixing his aches and pains from the comp season

As Adam Ondra inches his way closer to being a strong contestant in the first-ever combined event at the Olympics, he’s had to deal with injuries. In this video, Ondra talks about how he’s been dealing with some of his aches and pains.

“A few weeks ago, we showed acupuncture as one of the ways of treating injuries,” said Ondra. “Acupuncture is part of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) which has mostly preventive character and it is one of the key elements that help me to stay fit on the top of the game. Let’s take a closer look at what might be seen as a very controversial thing by many people.”
