16 Amazing Photos from Olympic Sport Climbing Qualifiers

With qualifications finished, the men's finals take place on Aug. 5 and women's on Aug. 6

Sport Climbing has made its debut at the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games, with both men’s qualification and women’s qualification rounds having taken place. Of the 16 climbers who made it to finals, eight for men and eight for women, only Bassa Mawem won’t be able to compete due to an injury.

Canada’s Alannah Yip finished in 14th and Sean McColl finished in 17th, congratulations to both for their inspiring climbing during the Olympics. Below are 10 awesome photos by Daniel Gajda from qualifiers.
