Fanny Gibert Compete’s in 50th World Cup

She's competing at the Salt Lake City finals tonight

Top French boulderer Fanny Gibert has made it through to finals at the Salt Lake City World Cup. Her last finals was in 2019. This event marks her 50th World Cup. Her first IFS World Cup was in April 2013 in France, where she finished 23rd.

Gibert missed out on Olympic qualification by the narrowest of margins not once, but twice. Gibert has podiumed several times but never won a World Cup gold. She won gold at the French Championships six times.
