We have all down-climbed, but have you ever climbed down face first?
CBC’s This is That Films documented Ty Williams and Scott Stanyon as they climbed down, face first, a face-first down-climb called The Admiral in Chilliwack, B.C.
“You have to a have a really strong upper body,” said Stanyon to CBC. “Because your arms are doing most of the work.”
