Mount Hurd New Route
Mount Hurd is near Field, BC, and in 1928 was featured on a Canadian postage stamp

Maurice Perreault and Colin Bissonnette climbed a new moderate line on the north face of Mount Hurd up the Ottertail Valley, near Field, BC.
The route is comparable to the north face of Popes Peak. A Canadian postage stamp of the mountain was issued in 1928. The route adds to the only other route on the face, also climbed by Maurice Perrault in 2011.
Perrault and Bissonnette climbed Lost in the Mansion, a nine-pitch WI3, M3, during late October, 2013. The first ascent team noted there are other new routes to be had.
