Graffiti Tribute to Pou Brothers in Northern Spain

Spanish climbers Iker and Eneko Pou are two well known brothers who have set standards in climbing together and separately. Their accomplishments range from first free ascents of big 5.14 walls to hard alpine routes. In the city of Vitoria-Gasteiz, the capital of Basque Country in Northern Spain, a graffiti mural of the brothers was added to a wall on 9 Iturritxu Street.

The Pou brothers released the following statement: “This mural is without a doubt the best tribute that we have ever received. We believe, it is the most affectionate form of popular recognition one can receive.
