Watch Hugo Parmentier Repeat Eagle-4 5.15b

He made the second ascent of the difficult France route

Eagle-4 is the hardest route at Saint-Léger du Ventoux and was bolted by Elie Morieux. Adam Ondra made the first ascent and graded it 5.15b. “It represent my first big project and my hardest route so far,” said Hugo Parmentier, who made the second ascent in January.

“I would say it’s two boulder problems with two goods holds between for clipping and for taking a breath. It’s more or less a V13 boulder into a V12. Around 18 moves.” Watch below.
