Canadians Crack Top-Ten at American Bouldering Series

While Canadian Sean McColl was unable to retain his championship title from last year, he and fellow-Canadian Elise Sethna managed to crack the top-ten, finishing 7th in the men’s and 9th in the women’s categories respectively. On the men’s front, Canadian Eric Sethna also climbed well and placed a very respectable 13th. While McColl was obviously disappointed with his result, he no doubt is putting this comp behind him and preparing for the next event.

The winner of the men’s category was Daniel Woods, while Ethan Pringle bagged 2nd place and Michael Bautista finished 3rd. On the women’s side, Alex Puccio convincingly snagged the win with Angie Payne taking silver and Shauna Coxsey bronze.
