Motivation Monday: Five Moves to Mimic

It’s Easter Monday and a lot of climbers are either returning from long-weekend trips or looking for ways to burn off those big-dinner calories.

First up is crusher Allison Vest’s dyno to bat hang at The Hive in Vancouver. Vest makes it look fun and easy.

Lastly is Becca Frangos sticking a big move at the CEC Open Boulder Championships on women’s problem four.

So stoked on my third place finish at the TDB championships today! This video was me sending problem 4! A huge congrats to @lily_canavan and @elise11 for their first and second place finishes as well as all the other finalists….it was anyone's game!
