Motivation Monday: Five Moves to Mimic

It’s Easter Monday and a lot of climbers are either returning from long-weekend trips or looking for ways to burn off those big-dinner calories.

If you have any rad indoor climbing videos, tag them with #grippedmoves! Click on the video to play.

First up is crusher Allison Vest’s dyno to bat hang at The Hive in Vancouver. Vest makes it look fun and easy.

Next is Ontario comp climber Lucas Uchida sorting out a technical sequence at a Tour de Bloc at Boulderz Climbing Centre.

It wouldn’t be a motivation Monday without Eric Sethna showing us how it’s done. Here he is on a speed campus push. Fast!

From Seven Bays Bouldering on Canada’s East Coast is this clip of a fun problem at a Tour de Bloc a few weeks ago.

Lastly is Becca Frangos sticking a big move at the CEC Open Boulder Championships on women’s problem four.
