This New V13 Highball is on World’s Most Expensive Boulder

Giuliano Cameroni and Nalle Hukkataival have made the first ascent of Deal with the Devil V13 at Goschenen in Switzerland.

The highball problem climbs on Teufelsstein Boulder near Gotthard Pass.

The 12-metre-tall granite boulder was an important historical stone and in 1975, the 2,000-ton boulder was moved 127 metres north and uphill.

Hukkataival said that the boulder cost the Swiss government 300,000 Swiss Franc to move.

So the Swiss paid 300 000 francs for this boulder weighing 2000 tons and moved it UPHILL to a better spot to save it. And now we’re climbing on a rad project on the most expensive boulder in the world. Thanks Switzerland! ???? #bouldering @blackdiamond @lasportivagram
