Jon Siegrist Repeats Squamish 5.14 for Third Ascent

Crusher Jon Siegrist recently visited Squamish for the Arc’teryx Climbing Academy. Before teaching a lengthy strength clinic to a few dozen keen climbers, he sessioned at Paradise Valley with local sender Tom Wright. The wall is home to a number of test-piece routes, including Wright’s Spirit of the West 5.14a. Ben Harnden made the second ascent not long ago and Siegrist quickly put down the third. There is a closed direct-start project that could be in the upper 5.14s. Be sure to follow Wright below for more Squamish updates.
