Weekend Stoker: Jon Siegrist’s FA of Pure Imagination 514+

This is a short film which features Jonathan Siegrist on the first ascent of Pure Imagination 5.14c. It was filmed over two cold days in The Red River Gorge, Kentucky.

Siegrist made the first ascent in November 2010. Before he linked it, the climb was referred to as “The Honeycomb Project.” Adam Ondra onsighted Pure Imagination on Nov. 1, 2012, suggestinlow end 5.14c. An hour later, on the same day, Ondra onsighted the neighbouring Golden Ticket suggesting high end 5.14c. Both climbs were originally rated 5.14d.
