Highest U.K. Gym Boulder and a Heart Monitor
This is a great wall to train your head game while working hard problems
Veteran indoor climber Louis Parkinson has released a new video featuring a session at the Boardroom, a gym with the highest boulder wall in the U.K.
Measuring around 25 feet, it’s become a popular feature for climbers to practice climbing highball heights relatively safely. Parkinson wears a heartrate monitor so we can follow along with how his stress levels are doing.
