These two ice climbers at a hanging belay got an unexpected surprise on a sunny day in the Canadian Rockies

These climbers were heading up Shooting Star, a 200-metre WI6 in the Canadian Rockies, when a thermal avalanche rips over the top of the climb above and hits them.
