Watch Alex Honnold on His V7 Lowball Project
A film crew heads to Nevada to check out one of Alex Honnold’s latest projects in Red Rock: a lowball V7. Turns out, you don’t get as confident as Honnold on the rock without broadening your repertoire of moves and expanding your comfort zone.
He says that if you just spend all of your time adventuring that you lose that hard climbing strength. This project is a little smaller than some of his past climbs. As he put it, “It’s all just good practice for the real rock climbing.”
